Project: Stabilization Facility for Libya

Description: OXYGEN PLANT FEATURES AND SPECIFICATIONS PLANT TYPE: DUPLEX PSA OXYGEN GENERATOR WITH FILLING STATION. SYSTEM DESCRIPTION
• PSA Oxygen Generator
• Rotary Screw Air Compressor with Integrated Refrigerated Air Dryer (55 kw,8.5 bar), Refrigerated Air Dryer (16 bar) ATLAS COPCO,KAESER brands or equally approved ,Filtration system, Water separator, Air tank, Oxygen Surge Tank, Digital Oxygen flowmeter, Air conditioner (class T3 ,R410a,DC inverter, cooling only, Package or duct type), and Inter connecting pipes, valves, regulators, doors, lighting, main energy panel ,etc. all accessories as required.
• Vertical Air Receiver tank (4000 Liters) with Safety valve, regulatory accessories, manual and automatic drain trap with protection filter in stainless steel mesh, pressure gauge mounted in standardized socket. With internal and external hot-dip galvanized protection epoxy externally painted.
• Oxygen Receiver tank (2000 Liters) with Oxygen Line Regulator, with Safety valve & manometer.
• Assembly, Bacteria Filter and Auto Shutdown Solenoid Valve
• Interconnecting Piping & Electrical with Main Electrical Breaker Panel
• High Pressure Booster Compressor (HPB).
• Oxygen filling ramp (filling stations) for 20 Cylinders 150 bar 7.5 m³ with all safety valves, manometers, flexible pipes, chain, metal structure and connections
• Cylinder Evacuation Vacuum Pump w/ 4 Valves & BSP Adaptors.
• Digital Flow Meter Assembly.
This plant will be manufactured and tested to the climatic conditions of the Libya.

PSA OXYGEN GENERATOR:

  • Coalescing Filter 0.01 micron & Carbon Adsorption Filter
  • Product flow rate (Total): (44 Nm3/hr. or 733 LPM) Product O2 delivery pressure 6 bar.
  • Product Purity: USP 93%
  • Cylinder filling capacity: 20 per 24hrs.
  • Regulator, Pressure Relief Valve Assembly, Bacteria Filter and Auto Shutdown Solenoid Valve, Average Power
  • Consumption: 2.2 kWh, (5%) per Nm3 of product O2 at 151 Bar.

AIR COMPRESSOR SPECIFICATIONS.

  • Air Compressor included for elevation: 5899 ft, 80 deg F & 80RH, 55 kw,8.5 bar.
  • Ready-to-run, fully automatic, super silenced vibration damped, all panels powder coated. Suitable for use in ambient temperatures up to +55°C
  • User Interface: Touch screen, PC architecture, offers the capable of Dual, Quadro, Varo and continuous control.
  • User interface automatically controls and monitors the compressor package. The interface enables exchange of data and operational parameters allowing the control to communicate with other air management systems such as the air manager.
  • Interfaces should be provided as standard for connection of modem or printer, a second compressor in base-load sequencing mode and for connection to data networks
  • Drive: 1:1 direct drive, high flex coupling without gearing.
  • Rotary screw compressor.
  • Belt driven, oil-injected, air cooled, CE approved.

CONTAINER SPECIFICATIONS

The medical containerized oxygen plant systems and can be placed almost everywhere. Materials provided with integral mounting inside sea containers. Dual internal insulation with all ducts air flow, mechanical and electrical connections, reinforcements of the basic structure for concentrated loads, for devices existing for the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance, including an interface box for electric power equipment and electrification of the container. Interface connection to oxygen Network Health Unit. The container must have the following specifications and shall be equipped: -

  • Double insulation plate polyurethane sandwich and Rockwool.
  • Mounting in maritime containers 10-40"

• Feed air Compressor: Approximately 1 x 55 kW (380V / 50 Hz /3 phase)
• Feed air refrigerated dryer: Included with Air Compressor (380V / 50 Hz /3 phase)
• Oxygen Compressor: Approximately 1 x 4 kW (380V / 50 Hz / 3 phase)

• Automatic oxygen changeover between the new plant the existing oxygen manifolds cylinder.
• Reliable, accurate, continuous online oxygen purity monitor with alarm. Auto system
• shutdown if the monitored oxygen purity falls below preset limits.
• Easy to operate and maintain. With proper maintenance, unit should provide over 10-15 years of service.
• Warranted against defect in materials and workmanship for a period of two year
• after commissioning or 26 months after shipment, whichever is first.
• 2-year consumable spare parts for PSA system, Air Compressor and oxygen cylinder
• filling compressor included in the offer.
• Additional necessary emergency spare parts should be included
