Description: The scope of services under this contract will include but not limited to:
- Preparation of a document for an international call for proposals towards public and private investors for developing and operating commuter rail services in Windhoek, and between Windhoek and Rehoboth.
- Evaluation of proposals submitted considering various perspectives that shall include the social, economic, financial and environmental costs; and benefits for the country. The expected outcome shall be to recommend the most viable option for the project.
