Detailed project description: FAO is working with different partners and stakeholders through implementing some projects and programs throughout Yemen.

Detailed description of the assignment (Services/Supplies/Works):

Moore Yemen (MY) was contracted to assess the changes brought about by FAO interventions in Yemen on the wellbeing and livelihoods of target communities, including positive and negative, intended and unintended. In doing so, this assessment provided accountability for results achieved through the humanitarian and resilience-building components of FAO’s work in Yemen to different stakeholders including FAO senior management, resource partners, beneficiary communities and the national government. Accordingly, the focus of the impact assessment was learning-oriented and draw lessons that could inform future interventions and decisions by the FAO Yemen country teams and other key stakeholders, including the Food Security and Agriculture Cluster and its partners. The TPM mission covered FAO completed interventions and development field activities as stated in the ToR /LTA/PO throughout Yemen utilizing varied suitable qualitative and quantitative M&E methods and tools, suitable for impact studies.
