HLSP led a consortium of 5 partners managing the provision of quality assured consultancy services on HLSP led a consortium of five partners managing the provision of quality assured consultancy services on health systems and public health for DFID. The Resource Centre(s) provided access to technical assistance and information in support of pro-poor health policies as well as health systems, service delivery, and public health topics and programmes. The Resource Centre was managed by a core team of health specialists, health systems specialists and administrative staff based in HLSP's London offices, and drew on the expertise and resources of a worldwide network of national and international collaborating agencies and individuals.
