Objective: Estonian NEC/NCP mission is to offer continuously information, guidance and support related to EQF and Europass to all the users and stakeholders, at the same time promoting proactively EQF and Europass. NEC/NCP has become a trusted partner to several stakeholders and is a point of contact when information and help on skills and qualifications presentation or recognition is needed. NEC/NCPs internal competency is crucial in terms of better service providing. For that reason, NEC/NCP staff is active at national and international level, taking part of study visits and learning from others’ experiences. Aiming to learn more about Europass And EQF users and target groups, NEC/NCP will conduct surveys among target groups and stakeholders in the beginning and before the end of the project implementation. Throughout the project full cooperation and coordination of activities will be ensured between the EQF NCP and NEC, actin as one centre within Kutsekoda. Close cooperation will be maintained with the Euroguidance network. In case there are envisaged modifications within Europass framework, Estonian NEC/NCP is very interested in contribution of elaboration and development Europass in conjunction to other transparency tools of skills and qualifications, giving national input to European level. For this regard staff of the project will take actively part in cooperation with other NECs, COM and/or relevant bodies inside or outside the EU. To achieve these goals, NEC/NCP will carry out several events and network meetings with stakeholders, workshops and trainings for key promoters-multipliers and broadens the scope of participation at regional fairs. Promotional strategy consists of engaging more people through social media with content based approach. NEC/NCPs internal competency is crucial in terms of better service providing. For that reason, NEC/NCP staff is active at national and international level, taking part of study visits and leaning from others’ experience
