Scope of Contract: Design & Construction of Central Transport Hub in Bakuriani

Within the scope of the package of investments for the improvement of the functionality of the mobility in the Project Area (cadastral code 64.25.05.594), the Contractor is expected to develop Design (Preliminary and Detailed) and Construction of the Central Transport Hub, as an associated infrastructure to the upgrading of inter-modal nodes and street networks. The Complex will be multifunctional, which includes parking and service - such as Car wash; Car Maintenance; Security Booth but not limited to for different types of vehicles and Office for LEPL Bakuriani Development Agency staff. Parking, service and suitable office spaces should be considered in the design.
