Objective: The main goal of the Euroguidance, Europass EQF CZ 2021-2023 project is to improve the transparency, comparability and portability of qualifications and to provide support to the educational and career guidance system in the context of constant change, as technology continues to transform the nature of employment, education and training more generally. At the same time, the main focus will be targeted at continuous communication with stakeholders on the needs and priorities while developing new services and activities on new topics. The Europass and EQF Client Service Centre will continue to provide Europass documents and online services to support understanding and recognition of skills and qualifications. In cooperation with career guidance centres and information systems of the NPI, services will help wider audience in their career choice, change or lifelong learning. These goals and services are in line with the 2018 Europass Decision and will support its implementation in the Czech Republic. The general objective of the EQF NCP is in accordance with the 2017 EQF Recommendation. The project will also support important EQF goals, especially referencing of national qualifications systems to the EQF and the implementation of validation of non-formal and informal learning at the national level to ensure the quality provision of VNFIL qualifications levelled to the EQF. National databases on qualifications in the VNFIL system and learning opportunities will be connected with the Europass platform to inform the EU public and support cooperation. The Czech Euroguidance Centre will support competence development of guidance community on the European dimension of lifelong guidance. Seminars, round tables and conferences will be organized to support innovation, professionalization and digitalization of career guidance. It will also support promoting of mobility opportunities for career development as well as exchange of good practices at national and European levels.
