Description

Construction of a building comprising two underground floors for parking and three floors above ground for commercial activities and parking for a total covered and treading surface of 44.000sqm.

The underground floors are realized by diaphragms walls and subsequent excavation. The vertical structures are made of precast pillars and the horizontal structures are made of precast beams and slabs.

External cladding is by precast panels.

Structural steel works, lifting installations, finishing and associated works and roads are also includes.
