Short description: Provision of catering and banqueting services in all the premises of EUROPOL and Eurojust in The Hague. The contract covers: restaurant services (Service Category I), coffee and sandwich bar services (Service Category II), banqueting services (Service Category III) and other services (Service Category IV).

The contractor is expected to:
• Deliver guests outstanding products and service in terms of nutrition, hospitality and gastronomy, with a service-oriented attitude;
• Be entrepreneurial, creative, flexible and innovative with a focus on continuous improvement of services and variety in food offerings;
• Be flexible in dealing with fluctuating numbers of guests, services and requests for services (due to seasonal demand, large scale events, socio-economic situations, refurbishments etc.);
• Deliver a range of services in line with best market practices and standards;
• Promote and encourage healthy food choices;
• Promote sustainable products through the use of fair-trade items and organic products;
• Reduce environmental consequences of the service delivery, by minimising the use of water, energy and waste and contribute to the Agencies’ EMAS 1 Process;
• Produce and serve a variety of European and other international foods reflecting traditional favourites as well as culinary trends, fitting and attractive to a highly international clientele.
