Contract description: The overall objective of the EGRE TA programme is to support public authorities in two SSA pilot countries in the implementation of new RE generation capacity through the identification, selection, preparation, procurement, negotiation and implementation of utility-scale, grid connected IPPs, in accordance with international best practices and in a manner that can be replicated by the contracting authority to other SSA markets. The selected TA programme managers will undertake the day-to-day management of the TA programme, including drafting the ToRs for the procurement of additional dedicated advisory services, monitoring of outcomes produced by these service providers, meeting reporting requirements and managing the further transaction advisory services to be offered under the programme
