Description: The purpose of this procurement is to ensure the availability of even more open data in the Estonian information gateway, by interfacing with the information gateway the systems of several institutions, in order to send metadata to the information gateway. The estimated cost of the public procurement is 250,000 euros, the estimated cost of the procurement contract, the technical description of which is provided in the basic procurement documents, is 100,000 euros. The public procurement is not divided into parts. The software created during the development work is not so modular in structure that the division of the software creation process into parts would be effective. When divided into parts, additional mechanisms must be created that would ensure the complete structure of the software and problem-free functionality. It takes more time to solve problems that arise during software testing, and it is significantly more difficult to perform maintenance and warranty work. Therefore, there may be a risk that the project will not be completed on time and will not fit within the planned budget. An information session introducing the public procurement is planned for 10.05 14:30-16:30. We ask those interested to inform about their participation.
