Objective: Eures Scheldemond, founded in 2003, facilitates labour market mobility focusing on information and advice for jobseekers, workers and employers alongside the provision of matching and placement activities in line with the Regulation EU 2016/589 with regard to the free movement of workers. Although there are some new elements this grant request focuses on the continuation of information and advice services relating to cross border recruitment matching and placement, working conditions for jobseekers and employers on an individual basis and during targeted trainings and expert customer panels focusing on workers. Alongside this fair mobility is actively promoted through individualised and collective information and advice and a digital Fair Mobility tool. Matching and placement activities by Eures advisers of the PES and PRES through Eures portal and GrensMatch and cross border match making. The portfolio of screened job seekers with cross border employment goals is matched with employers whose HR strategy focuses on recruiting cross border. Outreach activities focus on HR professionals and include a B2B event enriching the network of employers and improving employer engagement. All activities and services are subject to monitoring through the EURES Performance Measurement Tool which includes periodic customer satisfaction surveys and follow up actions with the various target groups. Promotion of the services amongst the target groups as well as the usage of the Eures portal benefit from the communication activities through new and social media. The promotion of cross border student exchanges and learning and working opportunities aims to improve entry into bottleneck jobs as well as access to vocational education and training and online guidance via GrensTech for students. The cross border obstacles incurred by all target groups are reported alongside the available statistical data on labour market shortages and excesses as well as the cross border mobility flows.
