Contract Description: Nepal - Provincial Investment Climate Assessment (PICA): Request for Expression of Interest.

The objective of the assignment is to support the WBGs efforts into fostering MSME growth by improving the investment climate at the subnational level in Nepal. The activities will identify key investment climate gaps and develop the capacities of subnational governments. This will be done through the Provincial Investment Climate Assessment (PICA) to be undertaken in a targeted number of first mover provinces, to measure selected relevant indicators and metrics.
