Description

The current study was a continuation of a previous study which concentrated on the effects of the Estonian accession to EU on the national labor market. This study took a more specific sectoral approach. The analysis concentrated on the labor market situation of individuals who have completed their studies in the fields of mechanics and metal work, electrical engineering and energetics, electronics and automatics, and construction.

The aim of the project was to find out the scope of future training needs in the above mentioned fields. As a result, study recommendations were also made on how to improve the methodology of planning state commissioned places.
