Assignment description: Rehabilitation of Benghazi Civil Society Building

This project aims to rehabilitate the Civil Society Centre located in the centre of Benghazi. The centre area was subjected to several damages during the last few years, which led to wide destruction including the Civil Society Centre premises and its surroundings. The rehabilitation works will target repairing and maintenance of all damaged parts of the centre’s structure and finishes including reinforced concrete elements, masonry works, plastering, paints, doors, windows, floors, and walls tiling works, installation of new sanitary fittings, pipes, and appliances, installation of renewing of the electrical networks, fittings, and fixtures, as detailed in the bill of quantities (BoQs).
