Detailed description of the project:

The scope of the consultancy was to evaluate the implementation of the Program from 2009 to 2013 through secondary and primary information. A representative sample of 4,965 public schools was used to collect primary information, 6,000 suppliers of uniforms, shoes and supplies in the country's 262 municipalities, and interviews with local and institutional actors involved in the supply of uniforms, shoes and supplies.
