Detailed description of the project:

The perception survey of the CIMIENTOS Program was conducted in 2010. The Program seeks to improve the Colombian Government's regional stabilization efforts to implement activities that increase the legitimacy of the democratic system and institutions in 25 municipalities located in three geographic regions: Catatumbo, Sierra Nevada and Bajo y Medio Atrato. The survey gathers citizen opinion and measures five dimensions: 1) Perception of the provision of health, education, potable water, security and justice services; 2) trust; 3) transparency; 4) accountability and 5) knowledge of the Program. They were carried out on 2940 adults chosen from a probabilistic and multistage sampling of households.
