Framework agreement with several operators

Description: The subject of this contract is the implementation of training courses by qualified trainers during the contract period. The training courses take place face-to-face or virtually.

Lot 1 - English language courses with a maximum of 20 trainers|

The trainers are responsible for the independent implementation of the predefined course content based on the respective standard course materials for trainers. The face-to-face format and the virtual format are to be carried out equally.
Basically, a course lasts five days; in exceptional cases only four days (e.g. in weeks that contain regional holidays) plus 2 additional days for preparation and follow-up work. The course units are distributed over a week as follows:
Preparation (a full specialist day)
Implementation (five full specialist days)
Follow-up (a full specialist day)
In face-to-face courses with up to 12 participants (TN), the employees carry out the training independently. In face-to-face courses with 13 to 18 participants, the training is carried out by two trainers.
Digital courses are generally conducted by a trainer tandem (two trainers) for a maximum of 12 participants per course.

Description of renewals: The contractual term of each framework agreement per lot will cover a period of 24 months (from the start of the contract) with the option of two extensions of 12 months each.
