Description: Contractor shall make a thorough inspection to evaluate the pests needs of all buildings at USDA-APHIS complex both on the exterior and interior. The contractor will then install the proper pest monitoring program to evaluate active pest infestation, pest evidence or conducive conditions. All areas will be monitored and treated.

o Emphasis on non-chemical methods: The contractor shall use non-pesticide methods of control whenever possible.
o Monitoring: Sticky traps/glue boards shall be used to guide and evaluate indoor insect control efforts wherever necessary.
o All such devices shall be concealed so as not to disturb or interfere with everyday operations.
o Insecticide bait formulations: Bait formulations shall be used for cockroach and ant control where appropriate.
o Exterior rodents: Install 10 rodent bait stations.

Duration: The total duration of this contract, including the exercise of any options under this clause, shall not exceed Five (years).
