The Livestock Competitiveness and Food Safety Project (LIFSAP) is co-financed by the Government of Vietnam and International Development Association (IDA) of the World Bank (WB) and Private Sector for a total project fund of around USD79.03 million.The objective of the Consulting Services is to identify steps required for strengthening the livestock slaughtering capacity and management.
