Objective:

The project aims to enhance the quality of floorball coaching, in particular by increasing its responsibility. The project brings together floorball clubs from three countries, Finland, Germany and Latvia. Floorball is a young sport, therefore a lot can still be done to improve the quality of floorball coaching. The 18-month project consists of three workshops, one in each country, and three webinars, which deepen the themes of the workshops. The themes of quality and responsibility in floorball coaching are incorporated into each event. Workshops allow all partners to learn from one another and to share their best practices. Each partner has a specific strength, which will be shared to others in workshops. The webinars will be open for anyone, guaranteeing a wider reach. The project brings benefits to all the partner organisations by increasing the quality of coaching and the sustainability of operations. In addition, all floorball organisations can benefit by taking part in webinars and getting information on the findings of the project. Besides floorball, the results can be adapted to other sports, too.
