Description: Unterstützung der sozialen Inklusion in Serbien / Moderation, Teambuilding, Capacity Works

The contractor is responsible for providing the following services:

• Planning and Implementation of a one-week planning and teambuilding workshop in Serbia, 24.-28.4.2023.
• Drafting jointly with the Projects teams relevant GIZ Capacity Works Tools (list see below) for the Social Inclusion Project. Finalizing these tools in close cooperation with
• the tenderer. Regular updates of relevant tools.
• Backstopping and revision of relevant GIZ Capacity Works Tools in cooperation with a second GIZ project in Serbia (Public Finance Reform).
• Ad hoc moderation and mediation services, online or in Serbia.

The relevant GIZ Capacity Works Tools for the Social Inclusion Project shall be submitted in Microsoft Office files (Word, MS Planner, Powerpoint, Excel etc.) and include:

• Capacity Development Strategy
• Map of Actors, incl. stakeholder analysis
• Results Model (partly available)
• Project Steering Structure (to be revised)
• Project Operational Plan (partly available)
• Impact monitoring (available)
