Framework Agreement on the performance of meta-evaluations, syntheses, reviews, pre-reviews, and peer reviews of evaluations

The Development Evaluation (EVA-11) of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland has asked Danish Management to sign a framework agreement for the following tasks: Meta-evaluations and syntheses of decentralized and centralized evaluation reports which may constitute of appraisals (ex-ante evaluations), mid-term evaluations, end of activity evaluations and ex-post evaluations; Peer reviews of evaluation reports commissioned by EVA-11; and Pre-reviews.The topics of the assignments cover the full range of Finland’s development policy and cooperation, all instruments of the multilateral and bilateral aid, and the dimension of the European Union.

The development cooperation of FinAid extends to more than 100 countries and the current number of principal cooperating countries is seven, namely Nepal, Vietnam, Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania, Mozambique, and Zambia.
