Description

Produced a short technical paper, based on a desk study of available literature, setting out the governance and delivery arrangements of a number of existing climate and non-climate funds. Coverage of a range of funds was included, for example ones that operate on a project basis, some that operate on a programmatic or country basis and at least one example of a vertical fund. For each fund an analysis of governance and delivery was produced, including both the apex decision-making body and the executive agency.
