Description: Provision of Material and Technical Support Services in Ukraine and Abroad

Lot No. 1: provision of services for material and technical support of events on the territory of Ukraine

Provision of services for material and technical support of events on the territory of Ukraine and abroad , conducted by the Alliance , must necessarily include the following:

selection and preparation of the event venue in accordance with the customer's needs.

invitation of participants (phone/fax/post/e- mail ); preliminary call of the participants in order to confirm their presence.

daily support of the event by the agency manager :
ensuring accommodation conditions in the hotel corresponding to the customer's requirements: air conditioning, heating, sanitary and hygienic conditions;
ensuring the suitability of the conference hall for the event in accordance with the customer's requirements, arrangement of chairs/tables and other equipment;
organization of settlement of participants in accordance with the planned check-in schedule;
daily registration of participants;
adjustment of food for participants in accordance with changes at the event;
logistics of participants' travel.

transport services:
organization of a transfer for event participants from the train station/airport to the venue of the event (bus, minibus, passenger car);
organization of a meeting of international experts at the airport with a sign (the driver must have a basic level of English);
transportation of groups during events;
provision of taxi services.

financial support:
printing of materials (possibility of printing and delivery on non-working days and weekends);
production of presentation materials;
operational polygraphy;
production of distribution materials;
photographer services;
catering _

provision of equipment for events:
multimedia projectors;
provision of simultaneous translation services;
audiovisual equipment;
video cameras;
computers/laptops;
printers;
flip charts;
projection boards;
technical support, etc.;

organization of online conferences:
1. access to the ZOOM platform ;

2. o equipment for online broadcasting of the event;

3. technical _ _ support and conduct of deoconferences ; _ _

4. help with connecting all participants, launching programs, etc., including the preparation day;

5. communication with training participants, answers to technical questions regarding online training;

organization of video filming of events, their broadcast, recording and editing of video clips:
video shooting services;
installation services;
Equipment for streaming , video remote control, video shooting and online broadcasting
Sound equipment;
Technical personnel services (broadcast director, cameraman, video engineer, sound engineer...);

ordering other additional services for the event .
