Description: The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space: 

The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 7,140 ANSI/BOMA office area and 11 GOVERNMENT reserved parking spaces onsite for Government Vehicles with an additional 57 parking spaces located onsite or within ¼ walkable mile from the employee entrance of the premises, parking must have pull through parking to allow for trucks with trailers, semi-trucks and turnaround. The space must be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.

Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,140 ABOA SF Minimum

Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,497 ABOA SF Maximum

Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF): 8,568 RSF SF Maximum

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
