Description
FUNDING: EU-EDF.
The objective was to make a review of the Programme to Support the Sub Sector of Livestock (PASEL) and in particular to:
i Evaluate the activities done since the beginning of the project (quantity et quality);
ii Evaluate the quality of the operational system of the project;
iii Propose all the necessary measures to take from now until the end of the project in order to better reach expected results.
The detailed analysis will review the results of the PASEL in terms of the objectives, the intervention strategy and the means and it will show all the possible constraints.
