Description

Main objective of this consultancy is to lay the foundation stones of a strategy for universal access and rural telecommunications development in the Central Asian countries. Rural Communications Services (RCS) includes basic voice telephony but may also include a range of other information services including access to telecomunications. Its results will shape future activities in the region. It is composed of two phases. Phase I Data Analysis and Problem Structuring and Phase II, Strategy Development -as a member of the Consortium led by Lexjus.
