Food Aid Technical Assistant to South Sudan

The overall objectives of the assignment are: (i) to strengthen the EC presence in Southern Sudan with a specific focus on EC funded food security and food aid initiatives; (ii) to provide the EC delegation in Khartoum with up to date reports and information on the overall food security situation, and status reports on EC food security and food aid programs in the South; (iii) to facilitate the implementation of EC food security programs in the South; (iv) to strengthen government and other partner institutions capacities to plan coordinate and implement, monitor & evaluate food security and food aid activities.
