Description: The scope of the work is to replace a 2.5-ton split HVAC system with a modern in-kind replacement. Removal and disposal of existing
HVAC system shall comply with EPA 608 regulation for disposal and new installation of a HVAC system. The system will be comprised of:
 New 2.5-ton Goodman Heat Pump Split System
 New 2.5-ton 14.2 SEER2 Goodman Condenser
 New 2.5-ton Multi-Positional Variable Speed Goodman Air Handler
 New High Efficiency
 New 60 AMP Disconnect with Proper Fuse Size
 Installation of Drain Lines
 Installation of Primary Condensate Drain P Trap with Plumbing Air Vent
 Installation of Safety T-Switch
 Miscellaneous Items approved by LEED (duct sealant paste, glenkoe, metal tapes, sealants, tech screws, etc).
 Installation of One (1) New and Compatible Honeywell Thermostat
