Description: 

• Advise the Senior Consultant on effective media/communication strategy and lead on its delivery.
• Introduce new public relations and communications initiatives promoting the role of the EBRD and the council to business and society, donor organizations, media, and other stakeholders.
• Lead on development and implementation of donor visibility initiatives, highlighting the support of the UK Good Governance Fund to the BSO.
• Manage the day-to-day public relations and communication activities of the Council.
• Work on and organize regular updating of the Council’s website in Armenian and English.
• Organise and authorize interviews highlighting the Council's activities and achievements. Draft press releases, outreach materials, briefing papers or background materials aimed at raising public awareness on the Council’s activities.
• Provide support in maintaining positive relationships as well as developing professional contacts and relationships with the press, local national and international journalists, TV channels, etc. to ensure timely and high-quality media coverage of the Council’s activities.
• Contribute to the development of booklets, video materials (script), news bulletins, etc. on the Council and BSO activities through collection and processing of relevant information.
