Graphic Designer and Copy Editor of the 2nd ASEAN YDI report

Description: The Data Visualisation, Copy Editor, and Graphic Designer Team shall produce the ready-to-print A4 layout, design and supporting visuals for
the maximum 80-pages of the Final Report on the 2 nd ASEAN YDI in Standard British English language. The report will be based on the data and information provided in the initial report developed by the consultant team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for the following aspects of design development:
a. Overall design for the report including, but not limited to cover, layout and borders, factsheets (including in 16:9 size ratio) and QR code cards.
b. Data visualisation in the form of tables, graphs, charts and creative forms of infographics that are reader-friendly and appealing to a youth and wide audience.
c. The work of the Graphic Designer will take into consideration the aims and purpose of the publication. Additionally, he/she will be guided by ASEAN
publication guidelines along with suggestions and direction from EYSD.
d. The copy editor will provide a thorough review of the accuracy and correction of the narratives, reflected in the formulation phases of the report (e.g., the initial draft of the report, 2 nd draft of the report, and the Final published-ready report).
e. The Graphic Designer will work in tandem and coordinate with the Consultant and the copy editor who is also engaged for the project, with a view to ensure synergy between the narratives and the visuals/infographics to be produced, as necessary.
f.All software and devices required for the delivery of tasks are expected to be provided by the Graphic Designer.
