Scope of Contract: Curriculum and Module Development & TOT Training.

Women Entrepreneurship Development Project(WEDP), running with the objective of increasing the earnings and employment of SMEs owned or partly owned by female entrepreneurs and the development of a complete and comprehensive skills development program based on international best practices and focusing on three main components:
- micro finance;
- access to entrepreneurial and technical skills training, technology and cluster development;
- project management, advocacy and outreach, monitoring & evaluation and impact evaluation 

The consulting services ("the Services") include:

*Review and/or enrich locally developed materials for MSEs' industry extension service provision (entrepreneurship & technical skills, technology & quality and productivity [KAIZEN] modules) of the TVET Occupational Standards, Curricula and TTLM according to international best practices,
*Transfer of international best practices and experiences of other countries through the provision and adaptation of relevant reference materials / documents and develop a complete and comprehensive entrepreneurs' development program and be tailored to the needs of growth oriented women entrepreneurs who will be participating in WEDP;
*Coach TVET institution leaders and industry experts during the implementation phase in order to build their capacity in the transfer of extension service competence and ensure it is institutionalized within the TVET structure and progresses in accordance with the plan;
*Provide necessary support along all dimensions to ensure the skills development program works in according to intentions in the initial phase (approximately two years) and
*Design and implement a capacity building technical assistance program to strengthen the capacity of the institutions that will provide direct services to the WEDP participants under Component 2 (particularly the One Stop Shops and TVET Colleges, and the supporting/coordinating institutions such as the City MSE Development Offices, REMSEDA and TVET institutions).
