II.1.4) Short description:
In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 1046/2018 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 July 2018 on the financial rules applicable to the general budget of the European Union, the European Parliament has decided to issue this invitation to tender with a view to sign a service contract for audit services related to management of European Parliament’s crèches in Brussels (Wayenberg crèche) (lot 1) and Luxembourg (CPE crèche 5 in Bertrange-Mamer) (lot 2).

Description of renewals:
The contract resulting from this procedure will start with an initial duration of 12 (twelve) months. It will be renewable by tacit agreement year by year for a maximum of 48 (forty-eight) months, unless one of the parties informs the other that it does not intend to renew the contract and the recipient receives that notification at least 3 (three) months before the annual date of expiry.
