The consulting services (“the Services”) include  the supervision and management of the contract for the design, supply, installation and maintenance of modernization of signaling systems & track works on Cairo – Beni Suef corridor including the following tasks:-

• Supervision of the implementation of the Project
• Supervision of the elaboration, and implementation of the Contractor's Environmental & Social Management Plan (C-ESMP)
• Deployment of risk-based Project Management Approach
