Contract Description: Sri Lanka : Vendor Due Diligence Consultant – Lanka Hospitals Divestment

Assist with other related aspects of the transaction implementation, including (i) conducting a complete Vendor Due Diligence, including all financial, tax, and accounting aspects of the company; (ii) conduct a valuation of the company using multiple valuation methodologies; (iii) preparation of relevant inputs to the tender and project documents; and (iv) supporting in conducting a transparent tender process up until commercial close.
