The global objective of this Call for Proposals is:

To enhance investment in human capital by increasing the quality of education, improving the linkage between education and the labor market, and raising enrolment rates at all levels of education, especially for girls.

The specific objectives of this Call for Proposals are:

• To increase enrolment rates particularly for girls in secondary education and VET,

• To decrease school drop-outs particularly for girls,

• To increase vocational skills and competences of labor force, particularly of girls and women,

• To promote awareness-raising for parents on the importance of education, especially for girls.
