The school was directed to high officials of Ministries related to water management in Mediterranean countries. It aimed to reinforce regional training capacities for water professionals, and also to develop the exchange of technical, economic and institutional information and capabilities in order to better organize uses and services in water and environmental sector. It was directed to the “deciders” and managers with coordinating powers of the environmental and water policies of Mediterranean and Balkan Countries. The school was an occasion for the best practices exchanges and for the creation of Mediterranean partners nets.
