Description: Lot 5: Moderation and facilitation of multi-stakeholders workshops, conferences, seminars on subjects related to freedom of expression and access to information, at the national and international level in the South Mediterranean.

Moderating and facilitating multi-stakeholders workshops, conferences and seminars will be a key element of the sharing of best practices and common challenges amongst professionals in the Southern Mediterranean Region. This will imply moderation, facilitation, reporting of conferences and working sessions with stakeholders potentially holding competing interests.
