Description: To address risks inherent with shipping U.S. food aid to overseas destinations, the Government is seeking to contract with a marine cargo survey company to attend, witness, and examine food cargoes, document the count and condition of these food aid shipments and activities related to disposition, and provide a written report. We are seeking an experienced survey firm with a proven performance record conducting like work. The survey reports issued by the Contractors will be used by the Government to fix responsibility for loss and damage to the food aid. Please note that the discharge location and final delivery location may be in two different countries. Services are required based on the country of final destination. 

Duration: consist of a base and four option years.
