Description: Professional Service Contract for the Design and Implementation of Baseline and Endline Evaluation Surveys for other Mini-grid Communities, Standalone System Connected Schools & Health Facilities, and Market Assessment

The overall objective of this TOR is to select a qualified and experienced firm to finalize the design, implementation, and reporting of;
A. Baseline and Endline Evaluation Surveys for Other Communities (under WP2) where renewable energy based mini-grids will be installed to provide electricity access to households, CHCs, Schools, Commercials and public institutions;
B. Baseline and Endline Evaluation Surveys for Schools and Health facilities (under WP3) where stand-alone solar PV systems will be installed.
C. Market Assessment (under WP4) across 10 targeted districts of the country (at least two districts per region). Sampling will be drawn accordingly to allow a representation and compliance with UNOPS and International standards.
