RRF -2.3.1-21-2022-00007 project asset purchases

II.1.4) Short description:
The tools to be purchased within the framework of the tender serve several purposes and cover the development needs of the microbiological, animal and plant biotechnology sub-project. These developments are absolutely necessary for the fulfillment of the indicators undertaken in the framework of the tender, for the feasibility of the 5 patents undertaken, and for the technological developments fixed in the tender.

Part 8: CLASS II laminar cabin (1 pc.) Lot 8

The Class II bio safety sterile booth to be purchased enables the work with fibroblast and primordial cell cultures and embryos used during the tender work to be carried out under sterile conditions. It provides special protection with its specially designed airflow, as well as its outstanding energy efficiency. During student exercises, not only the protection of the sterile samples, but also the safety of the students is guaranteed. Part 8: Class II laminar cabin – 1 pc. The exact technical description of the equipment/machines/devices to be procured (hereinafter referred to as: devices), the equipment and other requirements are contained in the technical description as part of the public procurement document. The offered device must be new and must not have been used anywhere before delivery. The proposed device must comply with the technical parameters and specifications defined in the technical description that is part of the public procurement documents. Within the deadline, the winning tenderer must carry out the user-level training of the persons designated by the Tenderer at the installation location for a maximum of 7 persons, in total and jointly for a minimum of 2 hours. The successful tenderer must also provide the device's instruction manual, manual, certificate of manufacture (manufacturer's CE / declaration of conformity), as well as the documents necessary to validate the warranty. In addition to the delivery of the equipment, the successful tenderer must also set it up and put it into operation as detailed in the technical description and the draft contract. The winning tenderer must undertake to leave within 3 working days in the event of a breakdown. Equivalence: For a thing of the make or origin specified in the technical description and other documents of the public procurement procedure, or for a specific procedure that characterizes the products of a given economic operator or the services provided by it, or for a trademark, patent, activity, person, type or a given origin or production process in the case of a reference, the term "or equivalent" must also be understood in addition to such a designation. A reference to a thing of specific manufacture or origin, or to a specific process that characterizes the products of a given economic operator or the services provided by it, or to a trademark, patent, activity, person, type or a given origin or production process also serves to clearly identify the object, the the contracting authority also accepts measures taken to ensure equivalent quality. In the case of offering an equivalent type, the bidder must prove the equivalence in the offer in an appropriate way, using any suitable means, that the solutions proposed by him meet the requirements defined in the public procurement technical description in an equivalent way.
