Description: Procurement of mobile devices and associated accessories as well as service and support in the event of warranty claims or disruptions for which the customer is responsible. KfW estimates the maximum order volume of this framework agreement to be 6,100 smartphones and 300 tablets for lot 1 and 1,500 smartphones and 100 tablets for lot 2 over the entire term of the contract.
