Description of Contract:

Construction of Water Management Structures – Bucim Mine –Radovis” consisted of:

a.       Intake of water:

 - Construction of small impounding Dam D1 at Bucimski Dol with construction of settlement tank;

- Gravity HDPE pipeline PL1, ?200 with length L=1,363m, from Dam D1 to Dam D2 at Jasenov Dol.

- Construction of small impounding dam Dam D2 with at Jasenov Dol with construction of settlement tank;

- Gravity HDPE pipeline PL2, ?250 with length L=283.7m, from dam 2 to Pumping Station 1 (PS 1);

b.      Pumping Station 1 (PS1) with reservoir for accumulation of collected water. 

c.       Pressure HDPE pipeline PL3, ?200 with length L=1,404m, leading away the treated waters from PS1 to PS2.

d.       Pumping Station 2 (PS2) with reservoir for accumulation of collected water. Two groups of pumps: (1) For pumping of water to existing reservoirs for technical water and/or tailings pond and (2) For pumping of water for irrigation of the waste rock dump and or to the tailings pond.

e.       Pressure HDPE pipeline PL4, ?200 with length L=937m,  from PS2 to existing reservoirs for technological water;

f.         Pressure HDPE pipeline PL5, ?200 with length L=937m, from PS2 to the waste rock dump.

g.       Pressure PVC pipeline PL6, ?225 with length L=1,500 m, from PS4 to the tailings pond.

h.       Electrical power installations:  PS1 & PS2 - Construction/installation of electrical installations, including connection to main power sources, transformer and connection, as well as control & automation lines & equipment.
