Objective:
This proposal is linked with the ERASMUS-2023-CSC-OG-FPA project with ID 101121759 DIGI EDU The European Digital Learning Network ETS – DLEARN, founded through a bottom-up approach in January 2016 as the positive results of a survey launched to investigate about the interest regarding digital education among European organizations, is a no-profit association aimed to embrace the challenges brought by the digital revolution in terms of digital skills mismatch, toward an inclusive digital society. The 42% of Europeans is not properly digitally skilled – yet soon 90% of jobs will require some level of digital skills and numerous opportunities in terms of jobs that are going to shape the labour market (Digital skills and jobs coalition, 2022), and DLEARN based its scope and activities on this assumption/need. DLEARN by this opearting grant, will organize the following activities: -Organization of its annual conference plus 2 satellite conferences in the countries of Members -organisation and participation in several networking events - Research on the Future of Digital Education in EU and Work inclusion of disadvantaged people enriched by the publication of recommendations papers -Organization of 3 Training courses, 3 Open webinars and 4 workshops -Participation in EU wide networks The main objectives that we want to fulfill are: -Support the green and digital transitions in education and training -Contribute to the geopolitical dimension of the European Education Area, in Western Balkans and the neighbourhood countries -Make lifelong learning and mobility a reality for all, by promoting digital tools for student engagement -Promote active citizenship, through EU values -Enhance competence and motivation in the education profession for teachers and trainers All (31) members of DLEARN network, 2000 participants in research, EU organisations that we cooperate with will benefit from their participation in these activities. Expected results, besides the impact we aim to have on beneficiaries, are: reports from conferences and networking event, recommendation papers from surveys, reports on webinars, courses, workshops.
