Description: Maintenance and emergency services of the instrument. A licensed technician will use proprietary calibration reagents to adjust the instrument and then the technician will perform the preventative maintenance required to keep the instrument in working status. The technician will conduct a series of tests to qualify the performance and operation of the instrument. All parts will be certified parts if there is a need for emergency service. The service includes laser and laser component maintenance and service. 

Duration: base year contract that includes up to 4 option years
