Section 2.1. Procedure:

Title: CATRIN/UPOL – Raman module and UPS module for existing XPS

Description: Supply of a Raman module and a UPS module and related software for the existing "XPS spectrometer Nexsa G2" system (manufactured by Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc.), which is owned by the contracting authority and is installed at the CATRIN University Institute of the Palacký University in Olomouc (year of acquisition 2022, inventory no. 3276992), for the needs of the project "Upgrade and modernization of VVI Nanomaterials and nanotechnologies for environmental protection and sustainable future (Pro-NanoEnviCZ III)", reg. no. CZ.02.01.01/ 00/23_015/0008171, within the Jan Amos Komenský Operational Program. This is an upgrade of the current configuration of the XPS spectrometer Nexsa G2 with equipment that will ensure the expansion of the capabilities of the existing system by measuring samples using the following measurement analytical methods and techniques: a) automated UV Photoelectron Spectroscopy (UPS) method, b) coincident Raman spectrometry method. The subject is also installation, integration and commissioning, operator training by a qualified employee and provision of warranty service.
