Description: The IVA will confirm municipal delivery of SWM services, based on the assessment outcome and the KIPs provided for each of the CCIFs. The Independent Verification Agent (IVA) will review and verify technical & financial scorecards for individual indicators and report to UNOPs the findings on a semi-annual basis.
