Title: Gas chromatograph for petrochemical purposes
Description: Gas chromatograph for petrochemical purposes - 1 gas chromatograph for petrochemical purposes Gas chromatograph with PTV injector and FID detector, automatic liquid sample dispenser, control software and data processing computer. The device should be suitable for high-temperature measurement of WAXes synthesized from carbon dioxide and hydrogen. Gas chromatograph: - Temperature, pressure/flow,
carrier gas, detector gas, etc. display of parameters on the graphic display of the gas chromatograph. - The device should be able to operate with H2 and N2 gases in addition to He carrier gas. - Flow rate range: adjustable between at least 0-1300 ml/min, in the case of He gas. - Provide option to use both constant linear flow rate, constant pressure and constant column flow mode. - The column area must be heated to at least 450
oC. - The temperature of the column area should be adjustable with an accuracy of 0.1 oC. - The number of temperature program steps should be at least 25. - The number of pressure program steps must be at least 6. - Cooling rate: from 450 oC to 50 oC max. 4 minutes. - The maximum adjustable pressure of the injector should be at least 1035 kPa. - The maximum adjustable temperature of the injector should be at least 450 oC.

Automatic liquid sample dispenser: - Can accommodate syringes of various volumes: 10, 50 and 250 µL. - The volume of the injectable sample: o for a 10 µL syringe: 0.1-8.0 µL (in 0.1 µL steps) o for a 50 µL syringe: 0.5-40 µL (0.5 µL in steps) o For a 250 µL syringe: 2.5-200 µL (in 2.5 µL steps). - Sample holder with at least 100 seats. - The maximum number of injections per sample is at least 99. - The linearity of the injection volume is ±0.5% (1-5 µL injection volume, n-C12 sample) - It must be fully controllable from the GC software. Control software: - Suitable for full control of the device. - When the device does not work properly, it warns or gives an error message. - It does not allow you to download and start a method in which the maximum temperature
of the column is higher than the maximum temperature of the column in the given configuration. This protects the current column. - Count the injections.If the number of injections exceeds the user-defined value on the septum and/or liner, it sends a warning message for replacement. - Its graphic interface displays the currently running chromatogram. It can also display other parameters (measured and set temperature). - Automatic adjustment of the retention time is possible. - The software includes a method and sample series wizard function. - 15 levels and 10 points per level can be added to a calibration method. - The device can be started and stopped automatically at a predetermined time. Simulated distillation GC analysis software: - Software suitable for determining simulated distillation parameters. - Meets all relevant ASTM, ISO, EN and JIS standards. - The device and the software must be capable of specifying the V/V% value of the initial and final boiling point, the amount distilled every 10 °C, and the V/V% distilled at 250 and 350°C. The costs according to § 8, paragraph (2), transport costs, and also include all costs arising in connection with importation and placing on the market (customs, taxes, fees, levies, fees for necessary official permits, etc.), all additional costs, fees, but VAT is not included. The compensation also includes the costs of commissioning, testing and training. The training must be provided to the winning bidder at least once for a duration of 8 hours, for at least 2 people.also to specify the V/V% distilled at 250 and 350°C.
