Title: De-risking renewable energy investment (DREI) analysis 

Contract Reference Number: 10256274

Description of Contract: The objective of the consultancy is to update the 2018/2020 DREI analysis for renewable energy technologies in Lebanon with focus on utility scale wind, solar PV, hydro and pumped storage hydro in addition to decentralised technologies (with and without storage). The final output of the consultancy will be an updated DREI report, together with completed financial tools. It is to be noted that this endeavour is in cooperation with Climate and Energy Response Facility (CERF), an instrument of the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) commissioned by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It will provide the provision of services of a national energy expert-consultant, in support to this specific consultancy. The consultancy will be structured under two activities: (1) DREI analysis and (2) DREI report. These activities will be performed under the supervision of UNDP.
